Philly Inquirer does Series on NTI

The Philly Inquirer did a 2 part series on NTI -it was pretty disappointing. HOwever, some of the comments people posted about NTI ain't bad - some are below. To read others you have to go to the article.

The only people that benefitted from this initiative are the demolition contractors and their cronies in Licenses and Inspections. Posted by: Michael

Only people that have BENEFITED from this are members of City Council and their associates , cronies of the Sheriff's Office....ask the Neighborhood residents if NIT has benefitted them! Posted by: concerned germantown resident

Licenses and Inspections has been demolishing thousands of properties each year for the past 30 years resulting in thousands of vacant lots throughout the city. No wonder the demolition contractors are all wealthy not to mention the "flunkies' in L&I. Posted by: Jose
